Holiday Caravan on the Isle of Skye Self Catering Accommodation Comfortable, well equipped caravan for four to six people situated on a croft in Glendale, North West Skye. The caravan enjoys spectacular views up the glen to Macleod's Tables and over Loch Pooltiel to the Outer Hebrides.

Glendale has a Post Office, shop and restaurant as well as being home to the Toy museum, one of Skye's many attractions whilst Dunvegan Castle is only a short drive away. For serious walkers/climbers, it is within easy reach of the Cuillin and the sea cliff climbs of Neist Point. There are also lots of easier walks nearby. For nature lovers, late May to early July is the time to come when the croft is awash with a huge variety of wild flowers, including stunning orchids, growing just outside the caravan. Whales and seals are regularly seen from Neist Point and Sea Eagles nest in various points around the cliffs.

ACCOMMODATION The main living and dining seating area also converts into additional sleeping accommodation. There is a gas fire, digital TV and DVD/Video in the lounge area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, etc., as well as a gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.

The double bedroom has an electric heater for cooler times of year. Hairdyer provided. The second bedroom has two narrow bunk style beds. The bathroom has WC, wash basin and shower.

TARIFF FOR 2011 We are offering great value by maintaining 2009 prices of £220 per week, inclusive of gas and electricity. A non-returnable deposit of £50 per week is payable when booking, with balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival. Please plan your arrival for after 4 pm and depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please note: The caravan is Non-smoking Bedding and towels provided. Sorry no dogs.

DIRECTIONS From Dunvegan follow the B884 towards Glendale. On entering Glendale continue down the hill and the signpost for Feriniquarrie will be found on the right hand side. Follow to the 'T' Junction and turn left. Number 20 is the last croft on the left hand side before the loch.
